Penile Papules (originally named as Hirsuties papillaris genitalis) are tiny pink colored, cupola shaped skin tags, that form a ring of pearls around the glans-penis. PP is not present and they shouldn't be mixed with other kind of bumps on the foreskin, around the urethral opening, shaft of the penis or scrotum. These bumps are completely inoffensive and they are not infectious in any way. They don't spread like other sexually transmitted diseases (STD's), so far no person have been infected by unprotected sexual contact and there is no risk of passing this condition to your sex-partner.
